Lead Based Paint Hazard Policy

For Properties Built Before 1978

In 2022, the EPA removed a waiver for property managers or landlords to be licensed to do certain repairs on properties built before 1978. This is due to the potential lead-based paint hazard in the property.

Due to the new compliance and licensing requirements, Success Realty is charging a $10 monthly fee with a property management agreement for all properties built before 1978. This will be in addition to your other property management fees.
