A total of two (2) dogs are permitted. All pets must be licensed and with current vaccinations by the applicable municipal authority (ex: City of El Paso, El Paso County, City of Horizon, etc.)

A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required for each pet, upon execution of the lease.

No cats, birds, ferrets, reptiles, or rodents of any kind are permitted as pets. Fish tanks and aquariums greater than 50 gallon capacity are not permitted.

Pet policies are strictly enforced, and any breach will be grounds for termination of your lease.

Tenants will be evicted for misrepresenting their pets for the possession of poisonous, dangerous, or illegal pets, or endangered species.

A photo of the pet is required prior to approval.

Pet Owners are required to keep an active profile on Petscreening.com.
